A group of twelve colleagues from a recruitment company joined us for the weekend. They were a lovely group of great people. We really enjoyed their company. Anna more so, I spent most of the weekend feeling very 'tired' after enjoying the band on Friday night...excessively .
Anna kindly worked for me on Saturday night as I was still very ‘tired’, which means I am currently in her pocket, awaiting sentencing. I am hoping that my guilty plea (and a promise of waffles) will encourage leniency.
Sunday was spent watching England play France in the 6 Nations, admittedly, not an enthralling prospect for most New Zealanders. I was supporting the ref, Stuart Dickenson. Man of the match was probably Ricky Flutey; good kiwi lad and a familiar name to anyone who has ever supported Wellington Rugby.
At risk of boring you with talk about the weather, it is notable at the moment. Spring is approaching rapidly. A balmy 12-14 degrees was reached the other day and I wore shorts! It was difficult to distinguish my legs from the surrounding snow but they would argue it has been 5 months since they last saw sun.

Looked at your site for a change. Great photos and great times it would seem. I am envious of a little sad I did not get over there to ski with you both. Can we promise we will go on some ski holidays (Canada / US / Japan) each year?
