Lots of monuments in Lisbon, lots...
View from the most expensive lift in the world (not a fact but quite pricey).

Lisbon is an ancient, stone and tile clad city with a good vibe to it. It’s busy, clean and home to a young urban crowd of fashion conscious people. Maybe a little too conscious at times. We stayed in the old town right on a restaurant strip where I would sit on the balcony for hours and watch waiters harassing passersby to eat at their restaurant.

Our day trip to Sintra was the highlight, this is a beautiful old town in the hills outside of Lisbon. We spent the day walking in the hills, drinking coffee and snapping photos. Not being natural city dwellers, two days in Lisbon was enough but it is a city worth a look.
